Our beats range from $5 to $10 for solo Lease, ensuring that artists can access top-quality music without breaking the bank.
Leasing

• This is a non-exclusive lease. Multiple artists may lease the same beat.
2. Payment
• Each beat lease costs $5 (non-refundable).
• Payment must be made in full before delivery of the instrumental.
3. Usage Rights
• You may use the leased beat for recordings, mixtapes, albums, streaming, and live performances.
• You may distribute up to 50,000 streams/sales] under this lease.
4. Credit Requirement
• Proper credit must be given on all releases:

5. Ownership
• You do not own the beat. All rights remain with the producer.
• You may not resell, transfer, or license the beat to others.
6. Royalties
• If the song achieves major commercial success (e.g., charting, label release, or significant revenue), the producer is entitled to 1% of royalties in addition to the lease fee.
• This royalty agreement must be honored in publishing splits and royalty registrations.
